Jesus Christ is the centerpiece of the Gospel message. He is the Son of God who came to earth, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead on the third day. Through his sacrifice, he made it possible for us to be reconciled to God and to receive the gift of eternal life. As John 14:6 says, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Christ is the only way to salvation, and the Gospel is the message that proclaims this truth to the world.
